Description

Objectives

At the end of this course, you will have a complete overview and understanding of international loans, the financing needs they cover, how and when to use these credits, the related risks and the requested guarantees. Therefore, we propose to put into practice the basics, the knowledge and the concepts exposed during the previous module by developing a case study based on the annual report of a defined company as well as some selected parts of the Info Memorandum of a project involving the said company. This analysis will comprise 3 parts:
