This training course enables you to identify your customers' different behavioral styles (using Insights colors and the perception scale) so that you can tailor your approach to each stage of the sales process. You will learn to recognize your interlocutor's style and adapt your approach to enhance your interpersonal and commercial effectiveness. Through role-playing exercises, you will develop practical skills to improve your sales results by tailoring your communication to the customer's personality.
