Advanced Investment Restrictions

This training provides a practical approach to the investment restrictions applicable to investment funds, particularly within regulated structures. Through real-life examples and case studies, participants will learn how to identify, interpret, and apply complex investment limits imposed by regulations (UCITS, AIFMD, CSSF circulars, etc.). Aimed at professionals in asset management, compliance, or oversight functions, this session strengthens understanding of the rules governing investment strategies.
